25MM Thermal Insulation Jacket Grey Electrical Actuator Removable Blanket

Removable thermal insulation jacket is designed to warp pumps, filters, valves, pipe, turbine and actuators. It is made of heat resistant silicone coated fiberglass fabric and needle mat.

Silicone fiberglass cloth is weighed at 510g/m2 and it is 0.43mm. This coated fabric is heat resistant, oil&moisture resistant, electrical insulation. With coating on two sides, glass fiber cloth is still flexible and easy to fabricate without fraying. This coated fabric is able to withstand heat below 260℃. Inside wadding material e-glass needle mat is great material for thermal insulation. This thick material can resist continuous heat below 800℃. E-glass needle mat is anti corrosion, chemical agents.

Fiberglass insulation blanket can keep the inside equipment at stable work temperature and eliminate heat loss effectively. It is available for quick removal and re-application, the engine exhaust covers, insulation blanket can be used in heat-exchanger rooms, boiler rooms, etc. Standard closure is fire retardant velcro and metal buckle. With this removable insulation mattress, workers won't feel itchy or be injured.

IR Test

IR Test result of removable jacket showed that when the temperature inside of the equipment goes up to 300℃ continuously, the surface of jacket is below 32℃.
